Code of Ethics |
| Member Articles on Ethics |
The Canadian Tarot Network subscribes to the following Code of Ethics when reading Tarot cards and encourages it members to do the same and to develop a personal Code of Ethics for doing Tarot readings. This code of Ethics can be displayed whenever members are reading Tarot.
The CTN considers this code a description of the minimal ethical standards to which members should adhere. The CTN encourages members, especially those reading professionally, to create their own code of ethics expressing their personal beliefs and
practices. The tenets stated above should be included or incorporated by a statement that the reader subscribes to the CTN Code of Ethics. CTN reserves the right to take action, including revocation of membership, if the Code of Ethics is violated, subject to grievance handling procedures. Board members, Directors, Officers, staff, and volunteers in a position of authority are additionally required to be aware of and uphold the By-Laws of the Association, including ethical provisions therein. The Code of Ethics and By-Laws are subject to periodic review and updating by the Board of Directors as needed. |
